The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau has a range of programs servicing children, tweens and teenagers. Below are some programs specific to elementary aged students which provide a step beyond child care. They promote social skills and assist with homework.

Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder - CHADD

CHADD is a national resource for educators and families dealing with Attention Deficit Disorder.

Family Counseling Services - a division of Family Service League
Family Counseling Center offers a host of mental health services to the east end. There are social skills groups and respite/recreation programs for children with Autism Spectrum disorders as well.
Riverhead Mental Health Clinic
This Suffolk County clinic services a wide range of mental health issues as well as substance abuse.
